HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR CUSTOMISED MINI CAKES?Through the order form. Once, you have submitted the order form, we will reach out to you through email within 3 working days
ARE YOU ABLE TO RECREATE THE EXACT DESIGN AS REFERENCE?
Nope. We are not able to replicate with 100% resemblance, as custom cakes are a work of art made individually by hands. In addition, we respect the work of other bakers/artists and will not fully replicate their designs. With that, every cake is created specially for you. :)
ARE YOU ABLE TO RECREATE THE EXACT COLOUR SHADE AS REFERENCE?
We will do our best to get as close as possible. However, just like custom designs, every colour is mixed individually to achieve the desired colour. Most colours require mixing 2 or more different colours. Hence, the final shade may be subject to slight variations. Bear in mind that factors such as photo's lighting and cake temperature may also affect the colour.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE TASTE OF YOUR CAKE AFTER EATING IT? (I.E TOO SWEET, TOO DRY, ETC)
IF YOU THINK THAT WE HAVE GENUINELY MADE A MISTAKE IN THE MAKING OF YOUR CAKE, PLEASE RETURN AS MUCH OF THE UNEATEN CAKE TO US FOR EXAMINATION. WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REQUESTS FOR COMPENSATION IF YOU SIMPLY DON'T LIKE OUR CAKE WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE. EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO HAVE DIFFERENT TASTES, BUT UNLESS IT WAS A GENUINE MISTAKE ON OUR PART, WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN SUCH CLAIMS. THAT BEING SAID, WE ENDEAVOUR TO ADJUST OUR CAKES TO SUIT THE MAJORITY. IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL DIETERY REQUIREMENT OR PREFERENCE, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND INDICATE IT ON THE NOTES DURING THE ORDERING STAGE.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A CAKE GETS DAMAGED AFTER COLLECTION?
ONCE A CAKE IS INSPECTED BY YOU AND LEAVES OUR SHOP (FOR SELF COLLECTION) OR IS HANDED OVER BY OUR DELIVERY PERSONEL (FOR DELIVERIES), WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR. YOU ARE ADVISED TO KEEP YOUR CAKE AT THE RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE AND HANDLE WITH EXTREME CARE . REMEMBER, YOUR CAKE WILL OFTEN HAVE ALREADY SURVIVED A NUMBER OF HOURS AT OUR SHOP BEFORE BEING COLLECTED OR DELIVERED. IF ANY DEFECTS WERE GOING TO OCCUR, WE WOULD HAVE ALREADY SPOTTED AND FIXED THEM DURING THAT TIME.
FLOWERS AND FRUITS.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EXACT SIZE, COLOUR OR SPECIES OF FRESH FLOWERS/FRUITS AS IT DEPENDS ON SEASONAL AVAILABILITY. ALL IMAGES SHOWN DURING THE COURSE OF PLACING YOUR ORDER ARE FOR SAMPLE PURPOSES ONLY.
AM I ALLOWED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
ALL CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF DELIVERY/COLLECTION (DURING OPERATING HOURS). REFUND OR ORDER AMENDMENT REQUESTS FOR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
1. How long will your cake last?
Cake will stay fresh for 4-5 days refrigerated.
2. Do I need to store my cake in refrigerator when I receive it?
Yes, it is best to store in cool temperature or refrigerated. If you are traveling with the cake to outstation, make sure the cake remains in cool air-conditioned in your car.
3. How heavy is the cake?
For a 6-inch cake, it is roughly 0.9kg. For a 8-inch cake, it is around 1.6kg.
Does your cake comes as it is shown in your pictures?
Yes, but the burnt crackly surface is unique on each cake and isn't within our control.
9. How do I know when the delivery person will arrive?
The delivery person will contact you when he/she is near you location.
10. Can I change my delivery time?
Changes of delivery can be made, but kindly inform us via WhatsApp or email at least 24hours before your delivery date.
11. Can I change my delivery address?
Changes of delivery location/address can be made, but kindly inform us via WhatsApp or email at least 24hours before your delivery date.
12. Can I order my cake for next month or 2 months after?
Yes, please include the correct details (2 choices of Date that you want to receive the cake) and leave your contact number before checkout, we will follow up with a confirmation
